Un mundo en pedazos/ A broken world.

El mar interior/ The sea inside

Museo del Louvre, París (Francia)Isn’t it sad look at a mutilated statue? Nevertheless, such beauty gives to us great joy… Our world is so accustomed to live with broken dreams, stolen ideals and destroyed images that it has lost all of its roots, and the fragmented Art is capable to transmit to us all of its scent, all of its suffereing and fragmented secrets thanks to this disgrace.

Love is the same, fills with deep wounds. And dark resentfulness. We are able to see in this amount of pieces either just a broken toys, or, as well, and maybe in  the middle of a miracle, the beauty of the authentic, the grace of unique.

Love has no equal, even though it is always the same spirit. But when love is shattered, life drowns to the ground and vanish under our feet leaving us alone and completely destroyed, as those mutilated statues have been abandoned under the ground during centuries. Until light goes through them again, and compassion reveals them and teach us that those profound wounds that once had destroyed their inner beauty are the same wounds that once harmed our love , leaving in them the same kind of sorrow and the same weight of solitude that our heart carry on with determination and sadness.

A broken world still be a living planet. A corrupted statue, even mutilated, still be beautiful. A destroyed heart keeps beating up. One love, even melted with ashes, still be fresh in the remembrances.

No te extraño ni un poco/ I don’t miss you at all.

El día a día/ The days we're living, El mar interior/ The sea inside, Los días idos/ The days gone

No te extraño nada.

O casi.

Por la ventana/ By the window

I don’t miss you. At all. I don’t think in your beauty, so dark and so profound. I don’t even remember your scent, delightful and iridescent as the light through our windows.

Now that May’s ending, I don’t evoke your honey eyes, brilliant and sincere; your gravity body that embraced mine; I can’t even recall the softened skin sprayed by perspiration once the morning came and we were already tired and consumed. And the enigmatic force of your legs, curled around my body with hunger and craziness pain.

I don’t remember your birthday, in the warmth July. Or mine, in the middle of May.

I don’t miss your voice, deepest as any winter night, sparkled with the beauty of your theeth and the mint smell of your breath.

Now that I don’t miss you, the new light is awakening me this morning, and everything is covering with this new glow, and this new glow only reminds me the empty space your body left behind and my solitude.

No. I don’t miss you. At all.

Miserere.

El mar interior/ The sea inside

Mucho vinagre. Perdiendo vida. Perdiendo mi alma.

   Miserere.

DSC00268 I am trapped in a crystal box, whose walls reflect through them everything I can be, or would have to be, and give back to me what I am.

As in a nightmare, time vanishs in form of despairs, anguishes, palpitations and defeats.

There is no worse lost battel than the one in which we faced against ourselves. We are our worst enemy, our more difficult rival, our worst sordid executioner.

How can we be able to hate God’s work of art?

How can we be able to break free the barriers that tied us down with this sick immobility? How can we apprehend our always elusive being?

Once in a lifetime, so variable for each person, truth, the real phenotype, the most real façade of being, struggles to reach the surface without any concern about  any tear tissue, wept tears or loudly pain it may costs, to bring on an universal labor that equals all of us into an eternal figure: a mother. In fact, we are the real mothers of ourselves.

Oppresive chrysalis, so anguish and so unique… How to tear your paper walls?

An egg, a pupa, a butterfly: a moment of life, a very rare and brief spark of time. None die so young than those who are incappable of leave behind the chains, even if they were the most beautiful ones.

Sometimes I feel suffocated. Drawn. Surprassed. Sometimes I see myself into my cristal jail and I hate myself so much… I hate myself because it seems I’m so in love with my chains.

I’m nailed in the cross asking for vinegar and water. Losing my life. Losing my soul. Alone.

   Miserere.

Un mundo borroso/ A blurry world.

El día a día/ The days we're living, El mar interior/ The sea inside

Dudo. De todo. De mí.Monasterio de Lestrove, Padrón, Santiago de Compostela (España)

A veces no sé quién soy.

Constantemente. Y no puedo permitirlo.

Padrón, Santiago de Compostela (España)I doubt. Doubt about myself every single day: whom I am, what I do and how I do it.

Every single day death caress my hand as well as life and I do not know, I-don’t-know what mechanisms make me act the way I do, think the way I do and fail the way I do.

I live on an uncertainty world, in which at any moment, a bad decision, a correct decision, has its own possibilities and its own consequences, and  all of them lying in me, coming from me and go beyond me to the others: co-workers, patients and friends.

I do not know which rules rule my inner world. I’m living in a blurry world and it reflects into my life, into my work life, and affects my own vision about my work and about myself.

I am different. I know. And it’s hard. It’s difficult trying to explain the unspected ways my thoughts emerge into the surface of my mind with the most correct way, or the most pleasant way to achieve a resolution, a way out of a problem. It’s hard to explain in a scientific language what it has no form, no structure of thinking, no way of draw into the material world.

And, when I doubt about my inmaterial capacity, I lack, I fail and I make mistakes. And I do hate make mistakes. But they’re the best way to learn, to comprehend the real connections between life and death and to make me realized the great gift I have inside me, no matter the fact that it makes me so different from the rest, so unexpected unique, but, in a real way, so normal, so human, so real.

I failed today. I doubted today. I made mistakes today. I tried to pretend to be a different kind of man. So I failed. And I made mistakes. And death took life again. And, even if I know for sure that those mistakes didn’t have a scientific connection between the fact of death over life, I know in my own self that my doubts made me took the reasonable but wrong decisions of mimic others and silenced my true spirit of action, my inner blurry connections with myself.

I am not always right. Sure I am not. But as well as I keep facing the balcony of my inner self, I know for sure that I’d give the best of me, even in the most tired moments of consumption, of lack of sleep, of deepest dark doubts. As long as I keep my connection with the blurry world that reigns me, I’d be allowed to do the best I can for anyone, and more so, for me either.

Even if that decision marks my difference with everybody, even if it makes me carry a scarlet letter on my chest… Because that is life after all.

Which is the correct path…

Soledad/ Solitude.

El mar interior/ The sea inside

Solitude: a state of mind, a state of counsciousness, a state of nothing.

Nothing: an universe full of zillions of lone stars, which light losts itself in the interlude of its own existence.

Emptiness. Silence. Echoes. Remembrances. Forgiveness.

Alone. In the dark. In the sun. In an empty street. As my heart. Icy. Cold. Warm. Empty. Alone.

I’m through with silence. I’m through with noise and human forgetful. I’m through with idle hours. I’m through with solitude.

But I am solitude. I am alone.
