Yes I did know it. And Audrey Hepburn molded the character to be more fragile than the real one and Capote’s did not like the idea though the movie for me is way tender and captured the real essence of the original story more than we can think at first glimpse of it.
And «Moonriver» is on the movie because Audrey Hepburn was a stubborn star and said that she left the movie id they cut that scene.
